The DFW Behavioral Health Symposium a non-profit organization provides support and facilitation of the annual conference for Educational Requirements to the North Texas Chapters, Dallas, and Fort Worth, Texas Association Addiction Professionals (TAAP), and to their members and professionals at large.
The DFW Behavioral Health Symposium is designed to serve a variety of advocates and practitioners focusing on Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. This includes clinicians, case managers, administrators, judicial representatives, advocates, educators, researchers, students, families, planners, and others concerned with improving services, supports, and quality of life for our community.
Focusing on the latest practical strategies will help build upon the innovations and strengths of our communities while addressing behavioral health needs throughout the area. The creation and sustainability of services demand that we provide innovative strategies, proven methods, evidence-based practices, and collaborative efforts to best meet the needs of our communities. We believe that once you attend the DFW Behavioral Health Symposium it will become an annual tradition. Remember the conference becomes more effective when you participate, consider sponsoring, exhibiting, or submitting a proposal to present on a topic you are passionate about
